Using the iPad as your primary post-processing tool
I've been on a real 'downsizing' kick lately, selling my bulky old Sony A200 and opting for a more svelte Sony NEX-F3. In that spirit of portability, speed and convenience, I'm seriously considering using my iPad for most processing I'll be doing from now on. My equipment is pretty humble and I've been making do with Paint.NET and Gimp until now, so I think the likes of Snapseed and Photoshop Touch could serve me pretty well.
Has anyone else been doing this? If so, do you have any tips to share? All thoughts are welcome. Obviously this isn't a set up that will work for professionals and "serious" photographers, but as an enthusiast on a budget whose laptop screams like a banshee whenever I ask it to do anything remotely taxing, I'm feeling optimistic. What do you guys think?
