A pleasant surprise, long overdue
I know in most of civilized world, payment options to buy apps/games on mobile platforms are numerous. But yesterday I by chance found that microsoft added the option to pay for apps by debit card in Croatia. So now, for the first time since 2010, I can buy some apps I really wanted. I think Fuse is going to be the first one.
In any case, hopefully this is a good sign, and microsoft will finally start to work on making it's services available in not only select countries.
