The products of the Soviet Union are iconic, and especially in the realm of poster art and graphic design, highly prized. If you're near Moscow before the end of January, you'll have the opportunity to check out an exhibit at the Moscow Design Museum which shows off both the beautiful graphic and industrial design of the era. Soviet Design 1950-1980′s, which runs through January 17th, has on display some remarkable items, including the 1963 Chaika (seagull) vacuum cleaner above, and the radio below.
