Design Problems on The Verge
List all your issues with the design of The Verge in hopes of bettering it!
This in particular has been bugging me:

It's the expanding section of links when you click the '__ New Articles Today' button in the header. There's that huge empty area above the links, the floating bar over the links and weird yellow highlighting on the links themselves. I should note I'm using the latest FireFox 17.0.1 on Windows 7. What's up with that?
