After originally being announced in October last year, Samsung's Ativ Odyssey will finally arrive on Verizon in "the coming weeks." The Windows Phone 8 device has a 4-inch 800 x 480 Super AMOLED display, a five-megapixel rear camera that's capable of shooting 1080p video, and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera. It's powered by the Windows Phone standard 1.5GHz Snapdragon processor and has a 2,100mAh battery.
If the design looks a little familiar to you, that'll be because we saw a leak that, it turns out, was spot on back in November. With a WVGA display, it's undoubtably an entry-level Windows Phone, so pricing will be all-important. Unfortunately neither Samsung nor Verizon has revealed how much the Ativ Odyssey will cost. We'll update you as soon as an official announcement is made.
