Video: What the Qube Interface and Remote is Like
The main categories like games, TV, social, apps, etc. are accessed by pressing up or down, which spins the cube accordingly. Clicking right will give access to the main apps or content of that category. Clicking left has some kind of action bar.
The remote has a gyroscope to enable motion sensing.
The clickpad and trackpad are one in the same. The remote is much simplified from messes like the Vizio CoStar.
IMO, the interface is simple enough but the cube is just eye candy and doesn't do much.
This looks like a better Google TV device than a lot of GTV devices out there but I would wait until I/O to see if there's a Nexus TV.
