Nexus 4 priced but effective android phones

Question is the Samsung galaxy nexus still relevant? im asking because i can only afford the nexus 4 ($350), but its forever out of stock and in my country the phones i can get for that price are the samsung galaxy nexus, Samsung S2 or the note 1, im wondering which one you guys think would be worth picking up right now, if you had to get one? or should i wait it out and the nexus 4 will come into stock again and not run out in 10 mins like the last time.
