Chiptune meets 4chan: Anamanaguchi vomits the 90s in its new 'Meow' video
With a special appearance from Chris Poole
Anamanaguchi, the chiptune band responsible for the Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game soundtrack, has just released a music video for "Meow," the first single from their upcoming album Endless Fantasy. A tribute to the 80s and 90s, the video contains a number of pop culture references mixed with the usual digital imagery associated with the genre. Closing up the video is a cameo appearance from none other than 4Chan creator Chris Poole, otherwise known as Moot. Take a look at "Meow" below, and if you enjoy the song as much as we do, you can download it now.
