What's your bandwidth?

I just finished watching the latest vergecast and they were talking about the bandwidth needs for 4k not being close to ready for most people. I was puzzled because I know plenty of people have more than enough bandwidth for 4k, so why hold back the content until the ENTIRE us market is blanketed with enough bandwidth?

According to Hastings, you will only need 15 mbps to stream 4k

I have around 33 mbps, what about you all?

Let's say only 20-30 of the country has enough bandwidth, so what? Roll out the higher res and faster frame rate video and let that put greater pressure on the isp's of the nation to pick up the pace on upgrading their networks.
