Apple iPad Event October 2013 Live Stream: How To Watch Media Conference On Your iOS Device

Apple has announced that their highly-anticipated media event will be live streamed. There is a catch however, it is only live streamed from safari or via an iOS device. Yesterday a number of users reported that the "Apple Events" channel on Apple TV had returned, revealing that Apple will indeed be offering a live stream video of today's media event. In the past Apple has offered live streams for their events like this year's WWDC but failed to do so for last month's iPhone event. Apple's website has also been updated to reflect the media event and their online store has gone down as usual. As with previous event Apple will stream through their website requiring a minimum of Safari 4 on OS X 10.6 or Safari on any iOS device running 4.2 or later.

Apple is expected to focus the event on the fifth-generation iPad and second-generation iPad mini while also presenting the new Mac operating system, OS X Mavericks. As well as a release date for the totally redesigned Mac Pro and announce updated MacBook Pros. The new fifth-gen iPad is expected to take design cues from the iPad mini and slim down while the iPad mini is expected to gain Retina display and both iPads are rumored to get the new Touch ID fingerprint sensor. The Mac Pro will see some new news and OS X Mavericks will finally get an official release date and maybe new functions and features will be previewed.
