Sun Tzu's take on the "war" between Apple and Google

In an attempt to attain some kind of ancient wisdom I listened to "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu. Needless to say I zoned out after about 10 minutes, but there's a part of the book covering how Sun Tzu would assess two armies at war.
Here's the part in question:

"Which of two sovereigns is imbued with moral law?

Which of the two generals has most ability?

With whom lie the advantages derived from heaven and earth?

On which side is discipline most rigorously enforced?

Which Army is the stronger?

On which side are officers and men most highly trained?

In which army is there the greater constancy both in reward and punishment?

By means of these seven considerations I can forecast victory or defeat."

Taking these seven questions into consideration, which side do you think Zun Tsu would pick to be victorious?
