Laptop swap for Ultrabook

So I have a Dell Latitude E5530 with i5, 500gb storage, 8gb RAM, Windows 7, and it's barely been used. It's a good laptop, but I am a college student, and I'd like to take my laptop to class and the library and places to get work done, but my Latitude is big and heavy. I currently use an Asus transformer TF101 to take notes in class because it's small and portable, but next year I will need to use Excel and PowerPoint a lot for business. I am considering trading in my $800 laptop for an ultrabook for more practical use. I'd like to stay around the $800 range with maybe something from Asus. I could make use of a smaller screen, between 11-15", and I probably won't need killer specs that push past $1000. I like metallic over plastic hardware, and good battery life would be great. I mainly will be using it for Office and average use, so I don't think I will need any graphics or performance perks, however an i5 or i7 would be nice. Also, is Best Buy a good place to make this trade, or is there a better solution? Please leave ultrabook model numbers or links on the comments.
