What are the most memorable tech gifts you got on Christmas?

I still remember the first video game I got on Christmas it was some time in the late 1990s. We had a Sega Genesis and Sega CD that was a hand me down from my relatives. I got Mighty Morphin Power Rangers! I thought it was awesome. It probably still is awesome.

I remember Christmas 2000 my dad got a JVC video camera. It had little tapes you recorded on and then put in a normal VHS tape. You could also put little transition edits in while you were filming like star wipes! It didn't have a flip out LCD screen, you had to look in the view finder. My siblings and I had tons of fun fooling around with it back in the day. I also clearly remember that we had got it at Circuit City and they gave the wrong battery to us or something. We never went to Circuit City again.

Around Christmas 2001 we got our first DVD Player! This was the future, and with all things starting out this thing was huge!

The entire machine dwarfs the DVD tray! Our first DVD was Pearl Harbor (2001) that Michael Bay movie ugh!.

I don't remember if we also got our Sega Dreamcast in 1999 2000 or 2001? I do remember the first game was Toy Commander! So maybe it was 1999

In other years after that I got various PC Games for Christmas. Such as 2003 I got Medal of Honor Allied Assault, and Allied Assault: Breakthrough (on accident). 2004 I got Medal of Honor Pacific Assault.

In 2007 I got a 4gb Zune Mp3 player.

In 2008 I got an HDMI cable for my Xbox 360. I thought Call of Duty 4 Madden 09, and Forza Motorsport 2 looked amazing.

Most years I just got a video game for Christmas or a movie. If I did buy a gadget it was with Christmas money after Christmas. Such as an Xbox 360 in 2007, A replacement Xbox 360 in 2009 lol. A Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W150 in 2008.
