Why does the Moto X not have a stable build of Cyanogen?

Well I know this might sound weird but I only buy phones that have official and stable CM. I was looking into buying the Moto G but I found it very disappointing that the Moto X has no stable version of Cyanogenmod. It doesn't even have any official nightlies all it has is experimental releases. Now don't tell me you are running some unofficial build with no bugs because that's not good enough for me.

Everyone has been praising Motorola has THE OEM this year but I am curious why does nobody point out this issue? There is no way that there is a lack of dev interest in the Moto X because its rather popular among the enthusiast community including this forum. Motorola must be restricting developers in one way or the other, does anyone know specifically what is it?
