What is up with Microsoft's Xbox Live games for Windows? Can we fix it?

Ever since I saw the Windows Store, Xbox Games and the added desktop apps compatibility within the store, I have been waiting for Microsoft to drop a bombshell on the Steam platform. The game store however has been painfully silent for more than a few months. I understand there have been topics on this issue before but even though I am quite up-to-date with Microsoft news. I still have no idea what their plans are with this thing. (except for Rio, which is pretty nifty if they can pull it off)

at least all the classic Microsoft studio games (age of empires comes to mind) and the old Games For Windows Live should be in the store by now. Even though these are all desktop games they should just release them on their platform. But for some reason they want to keep Xbox Games for Windows on a metro & casual basis.

They could disrupt the entire Games business without too much trouble. Every game on steam has achievements. Some games are even free (path of exile) and tap into the steam achievement system. It shouldn't be that hard for Microsoft to enable some of these top games and add them to the store...

Together with the Xbox ecosystem it could all tie into one-another.

Obviously every moron on the planet could come up with this idea but the problem is that there are no ways to give user feedback to Microsoft...Is there a place where we can all unite and vote for more game support coming to the store? I know there is user feedback for Windows Phone...
