RSS Link inactive as of December 20th
After coming back from a late December vacation I noticed my Verge RSS feed stopped updating starting at the end of December 20th. Were the Mayans a year late and the winter solstice of 2013 ended the world? I had visited Tulum and was told some of the temples were designed to tell when the solstice occurred so they could plant corn.
Looking further, it appears my rss feed was coming from http://thisismynext.com/rss/index.xml
I then checked the rss link on TheVerge website and see it states http://www.theverge.com/rss/frontpage
Does anyone have an explanation from the annals of history how my feed was coming from elsewhere and why it was now deprecated years later?
