Mac to Windows 8: Two Problems

Hey guys,

I've had a Windows PC growing up my whole life until a few years ago when I first got my Mac Book Pro and I love it. However I wanted a desktop still. So I recently bought the Windows 8 Dell Inspiron ONE and I have two questions that I need your help with.

Instantly I noticed I was missing type stuff. I know it sounds silly but, Lighting bolts. So when I go to my website on my phone it displays fine but on my windows PC I get this...

Secondly. I'm a big Xbox guy so you could imagine my excitement about the games app. However I can't Install/update it. Here is a screen shot to show you the problem...
