My Nexus 4 Wireless Charging Orb Is Here!
It arrived this afternoon and it is awesome!
I read somewhere that it uses a high friction material to cause the phone to stick to it, but it sure does feel like there's a magnet in it.
The build quality is great. It feels like something that will last a long time. Having said that, I don't know if build quality is enough to justify the price of the orb. I definitely don't regret buying the orb, I already enjoy not having to fiddle with wires. I think it's useful because you can just place your phone down to charge and still be able to use it I can just top off my phone without having to plug and unplug all the time.
