Should Google Attack Microsoft?

Even though Microsoft's anti-Google advertising campaigns have been a massive failure, like their products, should Google go on the offensive and inform the public of the real Microsoft? Perhaps informing them of their criminal behavior, their business practices and their criminal conviction (since corporations are treated like people in the eyes of the law, Microsoft is technically a convicted criminal). It would be so great to see Google use their world class advertising skills and abilities to show the public the real Microsoft.
