What Widows OEM has the best build quality after apple (laptops)

So it might be awkward to post this here as it's about windows, i just wanted to get apple cores opinions on who comes at second place, personally i really like the sony z series although its discontinued. So what oem do you guys think deserves 2nd place for overall design and style.
