Can someone tip theverge re BB10 flaw? (No LED, Vibration, or Sound occurs for incoming phone calls or messages received on a BlackBerry 10 smartphone)

Overview:
When an incoming phone call, message (of any type), or general notification is received on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone, the device does not play a sound, display an LED notification or vibrate despite having these settings enabled within the notification settings.
Resolution:
