Urgent help needed, Photos.app gone missing [jailbreak]

So this just happened. I was changing the default icons of different apps to custom ones. After successfully changing about a dozen, I got round to changing Photos.app icon and when I resprang, the Photos.app was just gone. This is a list of things I have already tried.

• Spotlight search
• Copying Photos.app to another location and then back to Applications folder through iFile (restarted in-between to make sure, too)
• Hard reset by holding down the home and power button together.

Also, this happened to the Instapaper.app too when I tried to change it's icon but I deleted it through iFile and installed it back. Too bad I can't do that for the Photos.app
