Is this even legal?
I had to laugh after seeing these two links today:
I guess the iOS app advantage has evaporated :) Oh yeah, and I am sure there will be arguments that Clear and Rise are obvious and that there is only one way to make a to-do app or an alarm app. What really made me laugh was the developer's comments that the iPhone doesn't deserve those apps and that they should be Windows 8 exclusive.
First, how did MS even let them into the store for this long, and do you think they will get sued?
