For people unable to use AT&T & Rogers Lumia 920 (Unlocked) on other carriers

So I bought a Rogers Lumia 920 and unlocked it for use on Telus. Of course buying a phone without a plan led to it being Final sale, and knowing my luck, it was bound to have issues with telus.

Here are just a few:

- Tethering is broken and I have to edit my APN settings every time I want to use it

- Internet is intermittent

- And I cannot receive MMS messages

After doing a bit of searching around the internet I stumbled upon this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2030253

It looks like the ROM being used by the Lumia 920 for Rogers (i believe AT&T have done the same thing in the states) has been tampered with so that it wont properly support other carriers regardless if its been unlocked.

Now this is only speculation, but if it is true.... WTF nokia? I just bought a shit load of your stocks when they were less than $2.00 and this is how you repay me?

Anyone else suffering from the issues I listed above? Anyone know a working solution? (Also why cant i get proper paragraphs to work on this website?)

I seem to have found the solution by flashing an international developer version to the phone (also it gets rid of the ugly carrier boot splash screen!)
