Intrusive on-hover, slide-down ads making me hate the companies advertising
These new ads The Verge has going are truly a nuisance and handicap the user experience here. Every time I hover over it or try to change tabs it slides down filling the screen. The company/product that is being advertised gets nothing but contempt from me.
One must carefully try to avert hitting the ad and sometimes it's not possible and the fecking thing slides down again right after you closed it.
Seriously guys there's good, smart advertising and then there's UI wrecking, intrusive, irritating crap that The Verge currently has running.
With that said I think I am going to go burn down my local office works.
