Surface RT verge score = 7.0 but Chromebook Pixel = 7.5 ! What logic is this???

• Surface RT has a web browser too which does everything chromebook pixel does .
• And not to forget Surface RT costs only 499$ and chromebook pixel costs 1299$
• Surface RT has MS Office free of cost.
• Surface RT has double battery life of Chromebook Pixel
• Still Surface RT verge score = 7.0 and Chromebook Pixel score = 7.5
• Surface doesn't have retina display which is one disadvantage though but still not a very big one at less than half the cost
