Is the 16GB Nexus 7 too small?

I've been considering buying a Nexus 7, and I just wanted to know people's experiences with the 16GB, particularly whether it had enough memory. I'd mostly use the space for apps; my music is all stored in Google Play Music, I doubt I'd take many photos and I don't download many movies (because of my awfully slow internet.) So, would anyone advise against buying the 16GB and shelling out for the 32GB, or would I be okay with the 16GB?
