nexus 7 lag revisited
So, all us nexus 7 owners recieved newfound lag along with the 4.2 update, and I for one am getting pretty tired of it. The n7 was never as zippy as the n4, but it was no slouch either. I know Currents was blamed for some of the issues, and I did see a marginal increase in speed after disabling the app, but does anyone else have any other suggestions? My n7 is almost usually filled up to 85% capacity, should I consider deleting some games? Has anyone had success with other ROMs or launchers? Anyone tried downgrading back to 4.1?
Hopefully Google is working on better optimizing the next itineration.
