Galaxy Note II downloading a 182.50mb update.....is this 4.2?

Morning. My unlocked international GN II just begin downloading an update package. Pretty big in size. I'm assuming it's 4.2 along with whatever updates Samsung is adding to Touchwiz. I have 4.2 on my Galaxy Nexus but can't remember how big the update size was. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
