Budget WP8

Hi there,

I'm looking into buying a new phone. It has to be unlocked because I live in Israel, and i'm thinking i'll go with the Nexus 4. BUT - I do prefer Windows Phone 8 - so I was wondering of there is a WP8 the can compete with the nexus for bang for the buck?
