WP8 features missing in UK

I've been using the 920 for a few weeks now and I've noticed quite a few features missing.

I want to compile a list of missing features, the reason they are missing and when they'd be enabled.

Example, in UK, the following are missing (could be even more):

- bing explore (swipe to the right of the search screen to get more info)

- Wallet local deals
