So as someone who's going to be a college student in 6 months, Surface Pro is perfect
Been reading all the reviews, and for my needs it seems like the Surface is going to be great. The only flaws are that you can't use it on your lap (Which I don't even do with my laptop), low battery life (not going to need a bunch because I can just charge it in between classes), problems with resolution (seems to be resolved by customizing, which you have to do anyway for any computer), and weight (honestly, not that big of a deal).
Can't wait to pick mine up on Saturday! It seems like these 7 months of waiting has been worth it!
