iOS 6 iPhone 5 jailbreak - Apps requiring a non-JB device?

Hi,

I'm tempted to JB my iPhone 5, mainly to set Chrome as my default browser. However, I was wondering if there's any way of getting around those apps which refuse to run if you have a jailbroken device?

Any advice would be great.
