Why so sure a MS Surface 2 is ahead?
Many people say they might wait for the Surface 2. I agree, if we had the tech coming out later this year in the Surface Pro coming out now it would be pretty awesome. Time doesn't work like that. Doc Brown would slap you.
1G Wifi. Better battery. Faster/cooler CPU. blah blah bar bar bar... Maybe we will have moved the bar even higher.
But was Microsoft ever planning to create a second round? -When did they say this?
Would it really be as awesome as we think when it (supposedly) comes out? - Aren't the OEMs going to take the cues and make our dream machines?
All this talk of the future when looking that the Surface must have confused you. We may live in the future, but our packages and paychecks come in the present.
