My first (budget) PC build - HALP (updated)
Right, so the pic below (subject to feedback) is going to be my first self-built PC, for running Battlefield 3 and the like on some okay settings with some okay fps... I would just really like some feedback of any kind (please, be gentle with me :L). It may seem pointless, but really, whether it's pointing out compatibility issues that PC Part Picker didn't spot (because there is NO chance of me knowing) or recommending a better part for the same money (and money is key, I don't want to spend more than I already am if I can help it), anything short of flaming and trolling is much appreciated.
UPDATE: Okay, so I'm changing (so far) to an:
- MSI Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB video card instead of the EVGA GeForce 550 Ti 1GB
- Intel i3-2120 3.3GHz Dual-Core CPU instead of the Intel Pentium G850 2.8GHz Dual-Core
- Samsung S22B150 21.5" (LED, 1920x1080) monitor instead of a ViewSonic 18.5" VA1912A-LED (LED, 1366x768).
- And I may remove the optical disk drive all together, if an external USB optical disk drive will work for installing Windows
