Windows SmoothScrolling
Hi guys, i have a constant issue with windows about scrolling. I hate the way they behave when it comes to scroll a pdf, a list in the file explorer etc. I see everywhere buttery smooth scrolling, in iDevices, in Android, in WindowsPhones, even in some Metro Apps in windows 8.
But in our good old desktop we are stuck with the 3 line scrolling.
For the browsers there are pretty good solutions, but of course the are not OS-wide solutions. Its a shame today not to take advantage of the multitouch trackpads or the supersensitive mouse capabilities.
Is there any viable solution? (Except from the useless option of windows or mouse settings "enable smooth scrolling")
