German Avast distributer hacked - 20.000 accounts affected

16.000-20.000 accounts, including mail addresses, user-names, passwords (plain text and encrypted), dates of birth, phone numbers, PayPal account information and bank data have been exposed.

Hashed passwords can often be decrypted in a couple of days. It is recommended to change your password. Avast.com is not affected.
