What Would be the Perfect Chromebook?

I see a lot of features that various chromebooks have but nothing quite in the perfect package to make it an insta-buy.

The Samsung Chromebook comes the closest but is off by a little.

I want the Samsung Chromebook but with:

1500 x 1000 screen

Exynos 5 Octa

4GB RAM

The design level of the Series 9 or Pixel.

What would be your perfect Chromebook that would get you on the Chrome OS train?
