What did I replace Google Reader with? My own Google Reader!
Well that didn't take a long. An idea that I thought was stupid earlier in the day has now turned into an actual clone of Google Reader (Please don't sue me Google!)
It ain't special, and you have to hit refresh every time for it to get updates, but it works! And keeps track of unread messages. I know the dropdowns look ugly but I just wanted to get the thing working first!
PS: I know the unread count is wrong, it's work in progress after all ;)
So, any other crazies out there like me? How have you replaced your Google Reader? Please don't say Feedly, it makes me sad :(
