Will Retina Macbook Air with Haswell be Best Win 8 ultrabook?

There have been rumors floating about that the 2013 Macbook Air will have a retina display and also get the Intel Haswell processor and launch around June-July.

So will the Retina Macbook Air be the Best Windows 8 Ultrabook ever?? If it is priced the same as existing MBA then it might.

Lack of touchscreen is kind of a bad thing but with Leap Motion and Kinect bringing touchless gesture control to Windows 8, the lack of touchscreen might not be so bad after all.

So what do you guys think?

Update: As many of you have pointed out, without a touchscreen it can never become the Best windows 8 ultrabook but probably it is a solid contender for the best non-touch windows 8 ultrabook .
