S3 Mini or Xperia T?

I've got the choice between these two refurb phones, as they are both free on my brother's new contract, and I would really appreciate some help deciding. I posted previously, asking whether to get the S3 Mini or the HTC One V (here is the post, and it has more details on my usage and a link to the full list of phones) and decided on the S3 Mini, but then the Xperia T was added to the list and seems like a much better option, since they're both free.
