Windows 8 mobile computing with Intel Bay Trail (quad core Atom processor)

I've been looking at purchasing an Asus Vivo Tab running Windows 8, but after reading about the future Intel Bay Trail processors, which are quad-core Atoms. it makes me want to wait until the holiday season and choose from pickings then. Has anyone else read up on or stumbled on Intel's Bay Trail processor?
