Want icon pack - closest launcher to stock?

I have a Nexus 4 and love absolutely everything about it and stock, except for the icons (specifically folders). I want to skin those to change it, but understand I can only do that with a launcher. Seems that most launchers then distort too many things about stock that I like to make it worth it. Are there any that are really close to stock where I would barely notice the difference? Thanks.
