Will I be able to draw with a pen on a LG Optimus G Pro?

I don't know much about drawing on a phone, but I see some people doing it on youtube.

I notice the Galaxy Note phones come with a pen, but I don't like how they look and I prefer the look of the LG Optimus G Pro that is coming out soon.

Will I be able to draw on the screen like on a Note? If yes what kind of pen should I buy if I wanted to do this on the LG?
