Question for Windows RT users...

As an academic, I need some kind of referencing functionality in any word processor that I use more than a little. So: how's the referencing on Word for Office RT? Do footnotes and endnotes work normally? Does it come with the built-in Reference Manager, a la Word 2010?

Any thoughts or responses from academics or students who are using a Windows RT device would be really useful.
