Anyone experience restaurants that increase their own tips?
For example, I write $46.00 (including tip) on the credit card receipt, but when I get my statement it shows up as $46.99. I've seen it range from a meek +0.10 to a bold +0.99. Anyone had that happen to them? Is this common now?
