Android 4.0+ and Flash Websites?
Greetings, Android Army. I don't personally have an android device to verify this (I use Windows Phone and 8), but I'm trying to help my sister who is determined to find a sub $150 tablet so she can do some of her homework and browsing without lugging her laptop around. She's found a few brands I don't recognize on Ebay within her price point, but I need to know from you all if Android 4.0 can run flash websites. Please help.
