Having problems finding Airplay!!

I've been using Airplay a bit on my iPhone 5 though i don't have an Apple TV but I used it with Air Server and it worked perfectly. So when Real Racing 3 came out I wanted to try to play it on the big screen but suddenly i couldn't find the Airplay button so i read a bit about it on forums and found that others also had problems since upgrading to iOS 6.1. I tried restarting my router, rebooting my iPhone, reinstalling the Air Server app, even tried Air Parrot but also didn't worked with it. I really don't know what is happening, is this some glitch by Apple or they purposefully removed it?
