Rand Paul's 11.5hr filibuster continues...
Senator Rand Paul made headlines today as he began to filibuster the vote on John Brennan as CIA director, waiting for a response on whether the administration feels it's consistent with the word of the Constitution for the president to have the power to authorize the use of drones to kill noncombatant Americans on American soil. After nearly 12 hours a response is not forthcoming, and the filibuster continues.
