Google cancelled my order because of multiple accounts?

Ok, I ordered a Nexus 4 and was really excited about it but them I got this e-mail:

I don't even know where to begin with this. First off, I don't have any multiple Google Wallet accounts. Second, I didn't even know there was a promotion on. I've tried to contact Google but to no avail. I also haven't even got my money back yet. Any idea what I should do next?
